1.That the breeder will notify the buyer as soon as the bitch has been succesfully bred. With information on when the puppies will be due and when they will be old enough to leave. Time frame from breeding to whelping is 9 weeks. Birth to leaving is 7 weeks. 8 weeks or more if shipping.
2.That the breeder has the right to deny anyone the purchasing of a puppy should the breeder feel it would not be given a suitable home.
3.That the balance is due by five weeks of age, along with any additional costs. i.e. shipping, full registration. All buyers are welcome to come visit their puppies at 5 weeks of age. Puppies may be picked up at 7 weeks of age. Federal Law does not allow puppies under 8 weeks to be shipped.
4.That the breeder/stud owner and those purchasing puppies for the purpose of breeding will receive first pick from the litter over any buyer/deposit or reservation for the highest quality puppies to be used in breeding. All others will then pick accordingly by order of reservation deposits. Full registration is an additional fee and may not be granted on all litters.
5.That there may not be an available puppy from this litter for me due to reservations being full already. { Note: We only accept a certain number of reservations and will let you know what number you would be. }
6.That both sire and dam of puppies have passed their health clearances for genetic health problems. As it is in our best interest to provide you with a genetically sound puppy.
7.That all puppies come with:

This nutritional supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. You will be instructed concerning NuVet Labs dietary supplements when you take possession of DOG. 1. It is understood that the pet quality puppies with limited AKC and/or UKC registration* from this litter is priced according to the dropdown menu, which includes the reservation deposit. The buyer must complete this form and submit it prior to mailing the $100 NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit to hold a puppy from the next available litter. Breeder/Stud owner always has first pick of puppy over any buyer or deposit/reservation. As until the puppies reach 5-8 weeks of age we cannot evaluate the show/breeding quality puppy prior to that time. This reservation deposit is non-refundable if the buyer should withdraw his reservation. Should the bitch fail to conceive, whelp a litter, produce enough puppies for all buyers, or should the chosen puppy be kept by Breeder/Stud Owner, the buyer may: decide to have their reservation deposit refunded in full, choose a different puppy or wait until the next possible breeding/litter.
